What are the differences between the Intellagent platform and traditional ticketing sales applications?
Intellagent is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application. This allows us to provide our end-users with the most dynamic solution available for distributed point-of-sale and ticketing needs. There are no upfront costs and the solution can be deployed in a matter of days, which is unheard of using traditional sales applications. Intellagent runs in a hosted environment, meaning it's more reliable, more secure and more scalable. It also costs less: you don’t have to pay for the IT support staff, hardware and server space to support the software. Also, upgrades happen instantaneously so there is no need for large downtime windows to upgrade software at multiple locations.

What are the systems requirements for Intellagent?
Because Intellagent is hosted remotely, all you need is a computer or mobile device with a web browser and an internet connection.

What platforms does Intellagent run on?
Intellagent is hosted in a secure facility running on the Windows Server 2008 platform, using Microsoft IIS 7 web service and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 for the database.

Can Intellagent be configured to support my business?
We pride ourselves on the ability to customize this system. It is our goal to support any ticketing solution you may have, including selling, pricing, availability, discounts, coupons, reporting, user security and commissions.

How much does Intellagent cost?
We believe in a "pay for only what you use" policy. All our services are included in a predictable monthly subscription fee, so there is no need to buy anything upfront.
